  It's a split of three bands from Zlatoust city united by the fact that I personally participated in song writing and recording of the material. The CD consists of three EP by ETNA, Социопат (Sociopath) and Black Diamond, each of which has become a milestone on my creative path and now I will tell you about each record in more detail.
  Etna - Theater of Absurd - material written and recorded in 2013. Then we were a duo consisting of my best friend Anton who was responsible for music, lyrics, guitars and vocals, and me - the drummer. We pored over each composition for a long time trying to create a mix of different styles of old school metal with Thrash Metal at the core. It turned out or not - you be the judge. The Ural Metal Race CD presents the entire path of the band and in addition to the EP we present to your attention two covers - for the song of the legendary band Korrozia Metalla - Phantom with Max Laiko on vocals (it is noteworthy that the recording was the first for Etna and for Max, alas, the last) which was recorded for a cassette tribute compilation and the song Evil in Disguise a cover for the Manic Depression band (this thing was recorded without my participation).
  Социопат (Sociopath) - Не Знают Сомнений. The history of this EP is extremely long-suffering. Initially, 5 new compositions were recorded, 4 of which ended up being defective at the studio which the "sound engineer" denied and was sent to hell, where most likely he still resides. The guitar/bass/drum tracks were gathering dust for a long time until a new vocalist Evgenia's voice appeared in the band. This was followed by a lot of invitations to perform, including in Moscow before which we decided to finish the song Know No Doubts, as well as rewrite three pieces from the split with Tyrant in the current line-up and with actual arrangements and publish the whole thing. However, for various reasons they did not have time and after the breakup of the band I decided to bury this EP. And now I decided to publish it anyway. I think this record will be of interest to all the fans that we had at that time!
  Black Diamond - В Огонь! Actually, for me and Anton colleagues in ETNA, Black Diamond became the first more or less serious team. Everyone was 15-17 years old when we wrote these songs. We didn’t really even think about any records just playing what rolls in. And now, after almost 20 years we decided to perpetuate our teenage exercises. Black Diamond presents three songs written in 2003-2004 and recorded in 2020-2021. The release will be made in a 32-page digibook with UV varnish and other goodies. In the booklet you will find detailed history of the bands and a bunch of photos of musicians from different periods. The circulation is only 100 copies.
